The Hilltop Art Festival will be held on the grounds of downtown Elkmont. It will have a large variety of art forms for viewing and for sale. All items will be locally handmade/ hand painted arts and crafts by members of the Tennessee Valley.

Local musical acts will perform during the day to entertain the crowd. Musical Lineup is:

The Art Stroll is free to the public

At 6pm, the Red Caboose will open its doors for an open mic poetry session to be highlighted by Karolina Lamarz Mańko and Ingrid Marie as our special guest poets the night of the festival. . Admission will be $10.
