The Mental Health Center of Madison County, located at 4040 Memorial Parkway SW, Huntsville, is hosting a free workshop entitled Managing Grief and Stress during the Holidays on Wednesday, November 14. The orientation, facilitated by Marilyn Lands, LPC, starts at 12:00 noon and will last approximately one hour at the Mental Health Center's Community Room. Participants are invited to bring a sack lunch. Drinks will be provided.
