Written to be performed as dinner is served, the HSO presents Mozart’s Gran partita, with the movements performed during several appetizing courses. It will be different, delightful . . . and delicious!
Menu: Fresh green salad with sliced pears and toasted walnuts and blue cheese poppy seed dressing; rosemary roasted pork tenderloin with pecan wild rice and haricot verts with brown butter; Becca's chocolate roulage with amaretto whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
