The use of heroin is on the rise in the Tennessee Valley, and Huntsville’s Partnership for a Drug-free community is holding a town hall meeting to inform the public about the latest drug trends. Deborah Soule, Executive Director of the Partnership for a Drug Free Community, talked with Ginny Kennedy about why this drug is making a comeback and what members of the community are doing about it. The town hall meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 29, at 1:30 PM the Madison County Public Health Auditorium on Max Luther Drive.
