Hear Krummhorns, Viols, Recorders and More at Early Music Festival

Friday, September 8, 2017

Valley Conservatory's fourth annual Early Music Festival is this Sunday (9/10) at St. Mary of the Visitation Church in Downtown Huntsville. The concert features local and visiting musicians playing a variety of music on instruments we don't see every day. The sounds of violas da gamba, baroque recorders and krummhorns will fill the intimate setting of the church. Organist and harpsichordist, Dr. Rolf Goebel and Valley Conservatory director, Dr. Renee Collins-Williams talked with Ginny Kennedy about this concert and the other services Valley Conservatory provides to the community. More information is at www.valleyconservatory.com.
