Brass, Reeds, and Percussion (November 17, 2018)

Benjamin Yeo was born in 1985 in Singapore. He started playing trumpet at age 7 and began composing for wind band at age 15. He is generally recognized as one of the outstanding 21st century wind-band composers, published by the prestigious C. L. Barnhouse Co. of the United States and the equally prestigious Beriato Music of Belgium. As part of his national service, he played trumpet in the Singapore Armed Forces Band. Yeo is currently the band director of the Saint Andrew's School Military Band in Singapore. This edition of Brass, Reeds, and Percussion features Yeo's composition “Flight: Adventures in the Sky.”
