All through February 2024, the Huntsville Madison County Public Library invites folks to take another look at the Scottsboro Boys case with a special exhibit on display. It provides a deep, informative look into the arrests, trials, global impact and local connections of this story.
Dr. Tom Reidy, executive director of the Scottsboro Boys Museum, and Heather Adkins, Special Collections Manager at HMCPL, join Katy Ganaway in this conversation, to "commemorate the lives and legacy of nine young African Americans who, in the 1930s, became international symbols of race-based injustice in the American South."
