Hitchcock’s problematic treatment of some of his women actors has come under increasing scrutiny in recent years. However, his films include many strong and intriguing women characters, albeit, usually trapped in the midst of great danger. In this series, each Monday from July 11 to August 8 at 5:30 PM, at the Downtown Huntsville Library, we’ll explore the roles of women in some of his most acclaimed films.
