The Friends of Wheeler Refuge presents the 13th annual Festival of the Cranes at the Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge, January 10th through the 12th. The public is invited to this three-day event that features a concert, special presentations, children's activities, and of course thousands of Sandhill cranes and maybe a few Whooping cranes around the Visitor Center.
