RAD Self- Defense classes for Women w. Madison Police Department
The Madison Police Department will offer no cost rape, aggression, Defense, or RAD self- defense classes for women in September. The RAD classes focus on awareness, prevention and risk reduction as well as some hands-on defense techniques. The courses are available to women ages 12 and older from September 23rd to 25th. Participants will receive a workbook and reference manual outlining the entire program. Click here for more information.
