Shakespeare in the Garden Returns for a Ninth Season of Outdoor Theater in Huntsville

UAH’s Huntsville Shakespeare (Huntsville Shakes) is returning to the Huntsville Botanical Garden for its ninth season of outdoor performances. Amy Guerin and Dr. Chad Thomas from Huntsville Shakespeare join Mike Keeley to talk about this year’s productions, including Much Ado About Nothing and The Taming of the Shrew.

The professional summer Shakespeare company brings together students, alumni, and community performers for a unique outdoor theater experience. This year’s performances will feature an all-female cast for The Taming of the Shrew, offering a fresh perspective on Shakespeare’s classic comedy.

Performances take place July 24 through August 8 at the Huntsville Botanical Garden amphitheater. Tickets are available through the Huntsville Botanical Garden website.
