The Japanese Garden Spring Festival is a family-friendly cultural event hosted by the North Alabama Japanese Garden Foundation at Monte Sano State Park in Huntsville. The festival celebrates Japanese culture and community through traditional activities including Japanese food, music, dance, martial arts, tea ceremony, origami, calligraphy, children’s activities, vendors, and more.

The Japanese Garden has hosted 22 Spring Festivals since its founding 30 years ago in Monte Sano State Park. The Spring Festival offers guests of all ages an opportunity to experience Japanese traditions, enjoy live performances, participate in hands-on activities, and connect with local performers, volunteers, vendors, and families.
