Alex Gibson Captures Local Color on Film

This week’s Arts Underground, we welcome Alex Gibson- an independent filmmaker who helms the Rocket City Film Fest and the production company, Local Color, alongside his partner, J.R.

We hear about Gibson’s cinematic inspirations that led him to direct films and shoot music video, especially for a number of local musicians. We’ll also learn how his keen eye for scene setting incorporates dynamic lighting, a trusty crew, and dramatic performances. We also hear Alex’s story of a major pizza-related mishap!
