Madison Visionary Partners and Huntsville-Madison County Public Library to Host Community Volunteer Fair

Madison Visionary Partners (MVP) and the  Huntsville-Madison County Public Library (HMCPL) have partnered together to host a Community Volunteer Fair on Saturday, April 11, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Madison Public Library.

The event is designed to connect local nonprofit and community organizations with adults and teens who are looking for meaningful ways to get involved and serve. More than 25 organizations will be on site to share information about their missions and volunteer opportunities.

From youth mentorship and environmental initiatives to arts, education, and community outreach programs, attendees will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of causes and find volunteer roles that match their interests, skills, and availability.

“Our community thrives when people step up to serve,” said Christina Hearne, Executive Director of Madison Visionary Partners. “This Volunteer Fair is about making it easy for residents to discover how they can plug in and make a difference right here at home. We are excited to partner with the Library to bring so many incredible organizations together under one roof.”

The event is free and open to the public, and no registration is required. Teens seeking service hours, adults looking to give back, and families wanting to volunteer together are all encouraged to attend.

The Volunteer Fair will take place at the Madison Public Library, located at 142 Plaza Boulevard, Madison, AL.
